About Me

I am a highly experienced spiritual director, pastor, Gallup Strengths Coach, leadership coach, and leadership pipeline coach with over 20 years of pastoral experience guiding individuals and organizations toward their highest potential.

I have a Master's in Christian Leadership and a deep understanding of spirituality and faith practices. I use these to help individuals connect with their inner selves and develop a stronger relationship with God. As a spiritual director, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their spiritual journey, find meaning and purpose, and deepen their relationship with God.

As a pastor, I have served congregations of various sizes and demographics, providing leadership, pastoral care, and mentorship to individuals and families. I am known for his compassionate and empathetic approach, helping people navigate life's challenges and find hope and healing in difficult times.

I am also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and leadership coach. I enjoy helping individuals and teams discover and leverage their unique strengths for greater success and fulfillment. I have also helped organizations develop a leadership pipeline coach, working with organizations to identify and develop future leaders for sustained growth and impact.
