ABOUT ME
I am a highly experienced Spiritual Director, Pastor, CliftonStrengths Coach, and Personal Coach with over 20 years of executive leadership experience in guiding individuals and organizations toward their highest potential. With my Master's in Leadership, I have a deep understanding of spirituality and faith practices, which he uses to help individuals connect with their inner selves and develop a stronger relationship with God.
As a Spiritual Director, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their spiritual journey, find meaning and purpose in their lives, and deepen their relationship with God. In addition to my pastoral work, I am a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach and Personal Coach, helping individuals and teams discover and leverage their unique strengths for greater success and fulfillment. As a pastor, I have served congregations of various sizes and demographics, providing leadership, pastoral care, and mentorship to individuals and families.
My coaching approach is tailored to each individual's needs and goals. I combine my spiritual and leadership expertise to create a holistic approach to personal and professional development. I am committed to helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential, cultivate resilience, and thrive in all areas of life.
Why Gallup CliftonStrengths?
About 2017 years ago, I wanted to understand myself better and grow in self-awareness. I took the DISC profile, Enneagram, and other assessments, but they said many things I already knew about myself. I wanted to understand what I do and why I do those things. I wanted to dig a little deeper. Then, I took the CliftonStrengths Finder Assessment, which changed my life. This assessment gave me the language to help me understand who I am and why I process information differently than others, build relationships with others, and make decisions. As I began to realize who I was, it also allowed me to understand that others were different than me and why they were different.
Over the past couple of years, I have been doing an in-depth study of CliftonStrengths, which has allowed me to help others identify, develop, and live out their strengths in their workplaces, social circles, and families. I want to help you, too.

I AM GUIDED BY THESE FIVE VALUES:
We are all better when someone invest time and energy into us.
Everyone has talents and strengths that they are naturally good at.
People find fulfillment and success in life when they apply their strengths.
The world needs people to use their strengths to bring about positive transformation.
Most people are painfully aware of their weaknesses. It is fun and refreshing to have conversations about what we do well.
My Top Five Strengths
-
People exceptionally talented in the Futuristic theme are inspired by the future and what could be. They energize others with their visions of the future.
-
People exceptionally talented in the Focus theme can take a direction, follow through and make the corrections necessary to stay on track. They prioritize, then act.
-
People exceptionally talented in the Relator theme enjoy close relationships with others. They find deep satisfaction in working hard with friends to achieve a goal.

People exceptionally talented in the Responsibility theme take psychological ownership of what they say they will do. They are committed to stable values such as honesty and loyalty.
Transformation does not happen overnight or by accident. Transformation only happens when we take an intentional approach to change. My objective is to provide you with the:
KNOWLEDGE you need to grow.
Opportunities to practice your knowledge through EXPERIENCE.
COACHING to help you master the skill.
I believe transformation happens best when these three elements are part of the equation. I recognize that your challenges are complex, without simple answers or quick fixes. I begin each interaction with a genuine interest in you and a commitment to being helpful. I take a personalized approach to help you transform.
